Pediatric Dentist + 40% Production + 4 Day Week
Location: South Buffalo, NY
FTE: Part-Time

Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Pediatric Dentist to join their dental team. The ideal candidate will specialize in providing comprehensive oral health care to infants, children, and adolescents, including those with special health care needs. This position requires a professional who can make children feel comfortable and educate parents about preventive dental care and good oral hygiene practices.

Opportunity Snapshot

• $1100 per day or 40% production
• 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)
• Option to be 1099 contractor or W2 employee
• Path to partnership
• Will consider General Dentist that prefers seeing peds patients

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions specific to children, including cavities, developmental dental issues, and oral injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Administer anesthesia or sedation when necessary and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Educate children and their parents on proper oral hygiene and dietary habits.
• Monitor dental growth and development to identify potential orthodontic needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a fun, positive, and comfortable environment that reduces dental anxiety in children.
