Whitehouse Family Dental is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with a genuine passion for dentistry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. This role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship (if desired), and the opportunity to build a loyal patient base in a supportive private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canals, and other general dentistry procedures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and ensure optimal oral health outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an excellent patient experience from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all dental regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with new dental technologies and treatment methods.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active OH dental license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date).
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
